Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Lara and her family are authentic people, of disarming kindness and simplicity. The house is very clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort, immersed in a quiet and picturesque landscape. Just a 10-minute drive to Gallicano, convenient for any need. And if you don't feel like cooking, Lara's home cooking is a must: authentic and delicious. An experience we highly recommend.

We just spent 3 weeks visiting various parts of Italy. The last 5 days were spent here. This cottage was our favorite stay of the entire trip. Gorgeous setting. Up on a mountainside with beautiful views. The gardens were on several terraces. Lots of fun to explore and peaceful to just chill. Although it’s wonderfully isolated, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Prato and a 25 minute train ride from Prato to Florence. Our host, Filippo, was gracious and very communicative.

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

Very cozy and an incredible view from the terrace!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.
