Monthly Rentals in San Mamete

Perfect location for our stay. The view is dreamy. The apartment is centrally located and the area is perfect. Giovanni and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

It was just a dream house near a beautiful lake. You feel like you are resting on the lake when you are at the balcony.The house was very clean and comfortable.Andrea was very friendly and helpful.Communication was very fast.Just the kitchen needs some basic herbs and coffee/tea which would be helpful for families.On the other hand, iron,washing machine,vacuum cleaner and baby chair were bonus for us.We would like to come back some day.Thank you

It isn't often that holiday accommodation exceeds ones hopeful expectations but this house, overlooking Lake Lugano, really did. Absolutely wonderful. The five bedrooms are all huge and most of them overlook the lake. The furnishings in all the rooms have been carefully and tastefully selected, and beautifully cared for. The kitchen is very well stocked with loads of crockery, cutlery and gadgets, and was spotless. The bathrooms were also perfectly clean with huge basins and modern showers. The beds are all huge and comfortable and were made up with lovely white linen. The lightweight duvets were the right weight for the season. There were more than enough towels for everyone, and there were even towels that could be used outdoors. I don't think that we could have asked for anything more. Regards Liz

Svez’s place in San Mamete was beautiful! I went there to visit Lugano nearby and the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The locals are also really friendly! It’s calm and relaxing, but you have access to the hub of Lugano nearby. The waters are also beautiful and there’s a beach and public pool nearby. The apartment has a great view of the lake, plus the balcony connects between the kitchen and bedroom which is nice. You can explore San Mamete and the local area as well, as there’s a trail near the church a few steps away. So you can walk to a couple other small towns as well through the mountains. Not to mention, there’s a river nearby that comes from the waterfalls and cascades in the mountains - you can walk past those on the trail. The hosts are accommodating for late checkout times too. Just be careful, you can’t walk from Lugano to San Mamete - there isn’t walkways most of the way. But the bus offers a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Overall, amazing!
