The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!

This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed.
