Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (1.50 meters), the other bedroom has two beds of 90cm each. It also has a full bathroom with a large shower and a separate whirlpool tub in another room. It is a very sunny and bright house, the views from the living room are of the Valmayor reservoir. Ideal accommodation for couples/families.
