Cozy, clean, and quite little house! We enjoyed our staying for one night. Strongly recommend!

This place is great! Felt very at home. The location is a little bit strange but when you’re in Moab, you’re not spending a whole lotta time at the house. I would definitely go back.

From check-in to check-out Andria and her sister Dawn were very responsive to any questions/concerns and there were only a couple our group of six seasoned citizens had. The house inside was squeaky clean, neat and orderly. I wish I had a well stocked and well equipped kitchen like this house did! We mostly ate in and enjoyed the views of the La Sal mountains and the surrounding red cliffs. The hot tub was a welcome respite after taking in Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park. The inside furnishings blend well with the industrial nature of the neighborhood and appear to be custom made. Bravo to Andria's home builder husband. Very cool indeed. I have already given the Slick Rock Retreat house a hugely favorable recommendation to my neighbor whose planning a Moab visit with her sons. They will not be disappointed. Thanks very much for a great overall experience! You've clearly carved out a place at the top given the previous glowing reviews.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful cave house. It was fun and unique. Great location for side-by-side exploring. Perfect for a couples trip. Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities, and comfortable. We had a memorable stay, we’ll be back!

This was our third stay at this property, and we plan to return soon. The hosts were terrific and very helpful. The thing we loved most about this property was the privacy and solitude that comes with a very nicely appointed home on a twelve-acre lot with a long private driveway. Being located on the very edge of our favorite national park makes this home our all time favorite. The house has everything needed and lots of information on the special location. We highly recommend this property.

Our group of nine stayed here on our visit to Capital Reef National Park. The house was beautiful and felt like home. We enjoyed the ping pong table and there was ample room for all guests. Highly recommend this house!

Place was great, very clean, spacious & modern . Very well stocked & comfortable. Only drawback was could hear everyone upstairs, sound seemed to carry. If you were in the master bedroom, you hear everyone going up the stairs. Place is a little ways out of town, but not a deal breaker. Overall enjoyed the place & will likely return next year.

We felt right at home in the red barn and enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the ranch. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of birds chirping. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

We didn't find any real accommodation online in Monument Valley, so we decided to do it. We thought it was great that there was a washing machine and dryer in the accommodation. It was very clean and there was everything you need. Overall, a great place to stay for transit.

We were travelling through and unfortunately only stayed for one night. We felt at home straight away. The accommodation is well equipped and has a very high quality feel. The communication was flawless and very friendly. We would come back at any time and stay longer. Thank you for making such great accommodation available to travellers.

This was the perfect location to explore Moab and the surrounding areas. Space was clean and as described. We will definitely stay here again if traveling to Moab!

This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was in September 2024, and I had such a good experience the first time that I wanted to stay at this property again for this trip (end of May. 2025). The property is clean and has all of the amenities I need. The barbecue is perfect for filling some quick hamburgers to enjoy on the outdoor table in the cool evening shade after a hot day in the Moab sun.

My stay at Jared's was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a lot of windows and natural lighting. The bed was very comfortable as well. It was a convenient location to explore the surrounding areas.

We had an incredible stay at Vizcaya in Moab! The space was impeccably clean, spacious, and modern. Perfect for our group. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The location is great too. It’s a short drive into town and to Arches. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base to explore Moab’s stunning surroundings. Highly recommend!

The house was contemporary and spacious. Everything was clean and no clutter. The view of La Sal mountains from the patio was awesome! We felt safe and secure. Would recommend it for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tyler’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped with luxurious amenities. The absolute highlight was relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The location is within easy driving distance to downtown Moab, making restaurants, gas stations, and supermarkets easily accessible. The nearby national parks, Canyonlands and Arches, are perfect for day trips and breathtaking adventures. If we ever visit the area again, we would love to come back to Tyler’s place!

Cleanest AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve seen a couple of reviews about this not being in town… it’s literally 10 minutes or less! That extra 10 minute drive from town is worth having a quieter place to stay that is an immaculate new build. Has bike storage and a bike wash that’s really helpful too!

Very comfortable little spot.

House was on second floor so carried up all our luggage. House had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. House does need a deep clean after being closed up . Otherwise, it suited us perfectly, plenty of room and safe neighborhood.

Bailey was a great host and I would be happy to stay again in the future
