Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan County

This was such a fun find! Awesome place. We and have never stayed anywhere like it. HUGE space, well stocked and SO MANY games and things to do. We played hard and had the best time!

The place was clean and very nice. Great host!! Went above and beyond when one of my guys left his wallet there. She mailed it to us and we are greatly appreciative! Thank you !

A really nice place tucked in at the end of a residential street, but when you get inside and see the huge windows with close-up views of the stunning snow-coveted Abajo Mountains, you will be dazzled! And the resident mule deer herd in the back yard! The house is excellent, big comfortable beds, a fantastic and beautiful kitchen (really really nice!) and the living room and dining room have the mountain views. The house was very clean and well-kept throughout, with nice helpful instructions and very interesting maps of the region framed on the walls. The binder of recommendations of places to eat and things to do was very thoughtful and helpful. We were there in cold weather and the radiant heat floors were an extra-nice feature. Tracy and Ryan are great hosts, proactive and easy to communicate with, and the check-in and checkout were very straightforward. We loved everything about our stay. 10/10 highly recommended.

Great place to stay for our trip to Goblin Valley and Cathedral Valley. We brought a side by side with us and there was plenty of space for it. Large yard which is fenced in.

Fantastic, comfortable house to rest up in after busy days in Capitol Reef National Park. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful location, but also just a few minutes into town if you need to grab a meal or something from the market.

We had lotsa fun and grandkids loved the play area downstairs! Master bedroom, bath area really nice.

This house was perfect for our vacation to Moab for Easter Jeep safari! We were able to park 5 large vehicles a single car hauler and a double car hauler perfectly! With a lots of room to spare! The playground outside was perfect for my almost 2 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spot less! And very comfy! We hope to stay here again soon!

This place was perfect for a family get together! There are two open areas for people to hang out, but plenty of beds and bathrooms. The place was clean and easy to get into.

Quiet, homey, easy to find. Jed was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Jared was very responsive and offered help as needed. The space was great and was within walking distance to the nearest coffee shop and convenience store. Overall, we would stay again!

After completing an 8 day road trip, this was our last night stay before heading to monument valley and then back home. Out of all the AirBnB’s on this trip and any of my others this was the best place I have stayed. The apartment was beautiful and super clean and tidy. It was extremely spacious. We stayed as only two but it could easily house a group of 4 with no problems. Mike and Sherry provided incredibly detailed instructions and the inside is filled with more helpful notes around the place. They were super responsive and helpful during our stay. As a bonus, Mike has a gallery of some amazing ceramic artwork at the entryway to the apartment. The only warning I would provide is the steps to the place (22) are a bit steep for anyone who might struggle with that or have a ton of heavy stuff to carry. Otherwise this was the absolute perfect space!

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.
