House vacation rentals in San Juan Capistrano

Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

Absolutely loved renting this home in Vista. Super clean, great neighborhood, very responsive hosts, adorably decorated, very thoughtful touches, great bedroom layout for a multi-generation trip. We would 100% book again, and have already shared the details with other friends/family who will need an AirBnB in the area for a wedding. Highly recommend.

We wanted to be close but not in the middle of the wineries and this was the perfect location. In town for my daughter’s wedding and the house provided a comfortable and spacious environment for the brides family.

Davi's home exceeded expectations. I was looking for a peaceful, quiet, private home base for a trip to see friends after having left Los Angeles (lived there for 8 years prior). Location was right off the 10 allowing easy access to wherever I needed to go. Home was comfortable, clean, and had so many above and beyond personal touches that made the stay even more comfortable. The views were beautiful, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and smaller touches like the drip coffee maker, the electric kettle, and the projector for TV and movies all made the stay so much more than just a typical airbnb. You can really tell Davi takes pride in his home and wants you to have an amazing experience. Communication was above and beyond, and I would absolutely choose this home again for my next trip. We were really sad to leave. This is the kind of stellar home you hope to get when booking on a travel website. Five starts across the board! Thanks Davi!

Imani is one of the most amazing hosts I’ve had. Her home is absolutely adorable. The outside grounds are beautiful and exactly what I needed after long work days. The hot tub is lovely and the pool was just great! Her home is comfortable and clean. The location is prime - 20-45 minutes from everywhere I needed to be including LAX. The neighborhood eateries are divine. Two of my favs are literally around the corner. Best coffee spot with a great garden too. Quiet and responsible block. Imani is a stellar communicator and quick with responses. She’s kind too! I have no complaints. This is a great stay for a solo stay, a couple or family of 3-4. Enjoy without hesitation! We had the most incredible stay at this gem on Catalina Island! From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by the adorable decor—every room felt thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of personality. The beds and furniture were unbelievably comfortable, making it easy to relax and truly unwind. Each bathroom was stocked with trendy, high-end hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which added such a luxurious touch. The golf cart took our vacation to the next level! We were so close to Front Street that we didn’t even need it most of the time—but having it made exploring the rest of the island such a fun and convenient experience. It gave us the freedom to adventure at our own pace and discover hidden spots we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. The kitchen was also super well-stocked with plenty of dishware, cutlery, cups—everything we needed to make our meals feel just like home. Every detail felt so intentional, and we’re already counting down the days until we can come back!

Spent an amazing two days on this quiet property. It was clearly recently renovated and beautifully done. I was looking for a peaceful retreat and this lovely home delivered exactly what I needed. No neighbors on either side of the property made spending time in the hot tub very relaxing. Stephanie was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable stay.

I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

The rental was beautiful-clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the limited phone service and spotty WiFi, which made staying connected a bit challenging. Still, if you're looking to unplug and enjoy a cozy stay, this is a great spot!

We had such a great Spring Break stay at Tamarack Palms with our two young kids and our pup. The yard and heated pool were the stars—our kids were thrilled to have so much space to play, and even though the weather was cool, the heated pool made it easy to enjoy time outside every day. The location was ideal—peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes from the beach, Carlsbad Village, and essentials like Von’s. It made daily outings and grocery runs super convenient. Inside, the home was clean, stylish, and well laid out. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family, and having a washer and dryer made the whole trip easier. The main living space is cozy but functional, and we felt right at home. Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. No negatives at all—just a peaceful, well-located family stay. We’d absolutely stay again.

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Stay was great, the kids loves the pool. They had lots of stuff we could use to tale to the beach which was great. Lots of supplies, I have rented places that were super stingy with everything, but this place had more of everything, including things we werent expecting, but needed.

Carmen was extremely wonderful and responsive. Lots of nice little touches that were not expected. Highly recommend

Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We booked Suan and Jessica's place for Easter weekend. We had planned a trip to the Flower Gardens and Legoland in Carlsbad, both of which were less than 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Not only was the place conveniently located, it offered us a spot to enjoy our family's company and dedicate our time to our grandaughter. We barbecued, watched movies, swam in swimming pool, did our own arts and crafts, etc. We had an overall amazing time at a reasonable price without the chaos and limitations of booking a hotel room. We would definitely book this place in the future if we are in the area.

Had the opportunity to stay at Irina’s after an unfortunate mishap with our previous Airbnb, and the space was absolutely breathtaking! The amount of space, cleanliness of the place, and the overall experience communicating with Irina made our visit to Temecula so much better, especially since our group had to make a last minute reservation! This is definitely a spot we’ll be saving for future visits to Temecula.

Would stay again next year.
