We stayed in a lot of airbnbs and Niles and Shellys place is one of our faves: gorgeous well-maintaned property, lots of happy birds, chickens and Leonbergers and so peaceful. What a great happy energy. I loved their decorating which was quirky and fun and very comfortable. The studio was suprisingly spacious even with big furniture, bathroom was spacious too. Everything was clean inside and the pool was inviting outside! Great stay for a couple of days! Highly recommend

This home is amazing!! So much love and care has gone into this home!! The house is very clean and decorated so nicely. The backyard is beautiful, we loved spending our mornings in the spa pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but it is also an easy walk downtown to all the restaurants. We will definitely want to book this property again.

Amazing hosts, amazing house, amazing farm! The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need, especially catered to children. Deanna got the kids involved right away with the farm animals and gave us free range of the property and amenities-including playing with the bunnies while she was away. She took tons of pictures of the kids and several group shots which she sent us the next day. Such a memorable and special weekend with the family. We’d love to come back!

What a wonderful stay! Bethany’s was clean and spacious! We had enough room to truly relax and the back yard was so much fun. We played bocce, and relaxed in the hot tub! The game room was a hit as well with ping pong and foos-ball! We also had time for a fire in the pot to end our vacay. You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Lisa's converted bus turned tiny house exceeded expectations. Convienetly located close to the expressway and grosery store, but also private and isolated at the same time. Private quite space and peaceful atmosphere. Even though it was cold, the chickens delivered fresh eggs daily. Wonderful stay, would recommend.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

Very clean and easy to find, host was very responsive and on time for check in. No issues at all whatsoever. All amenities worked great and house is very clean and organized. Highly recommend for family’s coming out of town. Will definitely book again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly cozy—it made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and the couch was out of this world—so good I’m still thinking about it! Every piece in the home felt intentional and functional in the best way. Rubi was kind and quick to respond whenever we had a question, which made everything seamless. The space was peaceful and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. While we were in town visiting family and didn’t get a chance to explore much, I grew up near Lodi and know firsthand that the wineries in the area are absolutely beautiful. In fact, our wedding reception was at one of the Lodi wineries! If you’re looking to experience that part of what Lodi has to offer, this is a fantastic setup. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable retreat. I’d love to stay again in the future!
