Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Joaquin County

This place was great very clean the hosts was very friendly even gave me a tour of the house made me feel right at home definitely recommend

I spent one night in this place with my 10-year-old son on our way to the Yosemite national Park from San Francisco. The first thing you would notice is that it feels like coming home Andrew and his mother are very welcoming and you immediately feel home andrea has been very helpful with all the informationand brainstorming about what to do and where to go and Yosemite also his breakfast was unbelievable. This was an Airbnb experience. That was absolutely unique where you felt how it is to come home.

This was hands down the best AirBnB experience thus far. Lakisha really makes you feel at home during your stay. She has a beautiful home that is immaculately clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is truly an oasis with everything you need at your fingertips. Many times I did not have to leave the home for what I needed. Sometimes dinner was even prepared when I entered the home. I would highly recommend booking this AirBnB. Keep in mind it is 20 min from stockton and 25 min from livermore. A perfect location outside of the city!

A host that will make you part of the family. I say that not only in being a pleasant host, but in that she will invite you to family gatherings and it is a group that is inclusive and fun to be around. Both dogs and the cat are delightful, although the cat can be very clingy for love and attention. Lynn is also gracious to bring in fresh fruit like grapes and tomatoes for guests to enjoy and happy to chat during all parts of the day Being halfway between Lodi and Lockeford, you have close access to entertainment and great groceries like Lockeford's sausage store. It's also close to Lodi's air field, so aspiring pilots have quick access to get their wings If you're looking for a peaceful getaway be it for vacation, airman studies, or something off the beaten path then this place is for you, highest recommendation

This place is amazing and extremely comfortable. This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Extending my stay was effortless and I appreciate the room amenities including a charging station.

The room is large with a very comfortable bed. The gourmet kitchen was very nice to cook in. loved the large air fryer!! The home is quiet and peaceful. lots of books to read. the front sitting room is like sitting in a quiet coffee shop. Peaceful vibes and some great conversations were had!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Modesto!!!

Denise is truly meant to host! She is a gracious woman who puts so much thought into her guests experience. You can feel it throughout her home. She accommodated me as a last minute booking, and she was so flexible with my check-in, as I was flying in from the east coast with hectic travel. She equips her home with everything you need, and it was SUCH a relief as a traveling professional to have so much of what I needed available. When I travel for work, it’s always important for me to have my own space to rest and fully decompress from all the stressors, and my room allowed that peace. The home is well organized, tidy, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The pool is also lovely and relaxing if you need some fun in the sun! Denise is warm, a ball of fun, and easy to talk to! I used Cheryl’s place for a couple of night to attend a family wedding. Cheryl’s place was clean and was exactly what I needed. Cheryl and her husband were always very responsive and on our arrival, my kids and I got a tour of the place. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it .

Quaint historic town with all the necessary charm. Comfortable and cozy rooms that add to the experience of staying in Locke. Martha, the host, was extremely friendly and informative. Great service with a friendly attitude that makes you feel like family. Would stay again.

It's a historic and comfortable and homey accommodation on the tiny main street of an unusual tiny town in the Sacramento River Delta. We had the "Honeymoon Suite"--our own kitchen and a private back porch. The AirBnB does also sport a more public verandah overlooking the main street and its assortment of small businesses. Martha makes breakfast (part of the deal) more or less to order. Dinner? One restaurant on Main Street, lively and open 'til 9 or so but with a limited menu. Others are walkable but with limited hours. Parklands and the river (and a beautiful working drawbridge) are easy walks. Encounters with townspeople were friendly. Locke--the town--is really interesting and we slept well in Martha's care. We recommend highly.
