The house is very spacious and can accommodate all of us with ease. There are so many bedrooms so you can easily arrange to all your needs. The house is suitable for large family. The host was welcoming and always responsive since before we've arrived. Overall good value.

Staying in this house is one of the best memories on our trip! The house was very clean and cozy with amazing views. Also the decoration in the house is so cute and I loved it! Riccardo is very easy to communicate with and friendly. He gave us the list of his recommendations and that was so helpful! We would highly recommend his place and definitely come back!

Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

We spent a week in Carlo's fantastic place. The house is super nice and typically Italian furnished. It was perfect for relaxing and coming down, especially the location and sunsets were my special highlight. Carlo greeted us very warmly and responded quickly.

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

The hosts could not do enough for us: very kind & helpful. The property is stunning, set in peaceful countryside, just a few miles from Florence. A 5 star experience all around.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Our stay was clean and comfortable. Lovely apt, very clean, and very nice. The couple went above and beyond to make our stay special. Christina met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt, was very responsive if we had any questions and explained in detail where to find things. We were in a busy but quiet and safe part of town and never felt worried. Great experience and 5 stars! We will return when we come back to Florence!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Our stay was perfect! The location was amazing and the views from the private terrazzo were incredible. Host was super responsive and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. She even provided local history for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. All of the sites are easily walkable including the train station. Apartment was spacious especially for two people. Beds were comfortable and the entire apartment squeaky clean. Great views from the porch, very peaceful. Very good restaurants close by including Zsa Zsa (a bit touristy but great food and service).

The location really couldn’t have been any better. Literally everything you would want in Florence is a pretty easy walk. I saw some earlier reviews that were complaining about a strange smell but he seems to have solved that issue, we were there 5 nights and didn’t notice anything. I will say that the stairs are no joke…if you are someone who will struggle with 4 stories of walking up stairs you should consider something else. It’s a 300 year old building so elevators were not part of the design. We had a lot of questions about local travel and local restaurants. Our host was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions. The view from the roof is fantastic so if you plan on a little downtime with a very pleasant spot to pass the time it would be perfect for you. The only minor complaint I would have is that you will not have control over the heating and AC. It is set at one temp and stays right there. Overall very good experience.

The Airbnb is extremely well presented. A wonderful location and great base from which to explore the city. The hosts are great at providing lots of useful information and recommendations to make your stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return here.

Marcella's apartment was fantastic. It was located right next to Santa Croce square which was an ideal location for Florence attractions and lots of restaurants/bars - one of our favourite restaurants was directly across the street! The apartment was clean and well resourced. Marella was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Florence and the apartment's terrace offers a magnificent view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio (very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the day). i recommend it!

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence.
