David was a great communicator and responsive at all times. Location was perfectly situated near the station and an easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautifully located in the middle of Tuscany and not far from Florence. Beautiful old country house. Wonderful hosts, we felt very comfortable.

Gianluca's place was a highlight of our visit to Italy--incredibly quaint and unique, from the decor, to the tiny metal spiral staircase that leads to the downstairs studio, to the open brick features, hard wood tables, nicely rennovated bathrooms, lemon trees outside...the list goes on and on. Gianluca even left a bottle of local wine for us, and some toast bread/ jam, which was appreciated for breakfast. One of the better stocked airBNBs I've staid at, with many spices, coffee, buillon, oil, vinegar, etc. If you are looking for a place with character, this is definitely for you. If you're mobility impaired, do be aware that it might be a good fit, as there are a couple sets of outstairs stairs leading to the door (very charming), and inside the above noted very narrow and unique spiral stairs down to the studio. Also, Gianluca was pretty generous with heating--it took a little while to cool down the upstairs bedrooms, but was very nice to at least not be too chilly.

Apartment above expectations! Spacious, clean, nothing is missing. Great value! Good for the location (not close to downtown, but close to bus and tram), we were well received and followed for all needs. We would have liked to stay longer, recommended!

Excellent stay, the house is amazing, extremely clean and the host is very responsive. I would recommend it 100%. We had an unforgettable stay and enjoyed the terrace outside.

Ania and husband were attentive and responsive hosts who made sure a faulty lamp was quickly replaced the same day. And if you love dogs, you’re in for a treat - their mastiff/hound and sheepdog are there to welcome you at the start and end of each day.

We stayed just one night but would have loved to spend some more time.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to Florence city center. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the closed garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.
