Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

I did not meet Michele, but the care he has for the apartment and for the guests by providing clear and precise instructions (too much!!!) are a symptom that he does not like to welcome people, but wants to make his space live. And it's clear from that who Michele is. I almost feel like I've met him and spent an evening together.

Great location. Being close to the train station means you can quickly drop your bags and start exploring. Apartment well decorated with beautiful kitchen and eating space. Walking distance to all the attractions.

This apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Florence, the location is perfect right next to the main train station, bus stops and walkable to the main historical sites within around 10 minutes. It was a wonderful stay in this modern apartment perfect for our small group. Ground floor so ideal after a long day of site seeing. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen area was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Tomasso met us for check-in and explained everything really well, really appreciated his list of recommendations.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Alice had great recommendations for dining. The grocery store and public transportation was conveniently located. The apartment was very nicely decorated.

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Convenient location for those who love tranquility and want to visit Florence and its surroundings. The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts, including the garden, ideal for those who, like us, have a dog. To reach Florence there is the possibility to leave the car in a convenient free parking lot (about 15 minutes drive from the house) and take the tram. With €1.70 and another 15 minutes you can reach the center. Massimo was kind, helpful and above all understanding when we had to anticipate the departure by a day due to a serious setback.

Beautiful authentic home. Very local neighborhood with good connectivity to the train station and walking distance to the city center. The highlight is the terrace and backyard, where we enjoyed some very calm meals and bottles of wine. The neighborhood is quiet. However, two rooms face the street which could be a bit noisy, also at night. Bring ear plugs if this bothers you. Check in procedure was easy and Niccolo was very kind and responsive all the time. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Caterina's accommodation is a real gem, I chose it for work needs and I found it really good. Clean, tidy, equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is very well served by buses that connect you with the center, it has many supermarkets, cafes and excellent pastry shops nearby. Really great experience!

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

Alessandra’s apartment is in a fantastic location. She met us during check in and provided recommendations on local attractions and food options. She was very responsive and even coordinated our taxi ride back to the train station at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
