You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

Great hiking trails, Mat Davis Trail, Bolinas, a beautiful drive to Point Reyes and Tomales Bay Oyster Farm. A Day trip to Muir Woods National Park is a must. Stylish open floor plan on this newly built home. Perfect location just 5 houses from the beach. Far enough out of town to avoid the crowds but close enough for a 10+ minute walk to the quaint village. Great volume and light throughout the home with beautiful finishes. Chef's kitchen, linear gas fireplace. Large deck off main living area with dining table and Hot Tub at pebbled patio. Garage/spillover room provides queen sofa bed, added flat screen TV, games, laundry. Parking for 3 cars.

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
