Monthly Rentals in San Felipe

Basically everything as described, the amenities are no longer brand new, but everything very clean, good internet. San Felipe is quite small and is in a cul-de-sac, a car is a great advantage. The apartment is in an apartment building on a small promenade, just behind the ocean. Most strong waves, accordingly quite loud, but great views from the terrace and bedroom! The area is popular with surfers, less suitable for swimmer (a natural swimming pool is about 2 km away). Very good communication, I liked it, thank you Ivan!

Marta is very responsive, caring and always in touch and ready to help. We really liked the apartment, it is bright, clean with everything you need, the Internet is excellent, the beds are new and comfortable. There were 3 of us adults and 1 child, we were there in mid-April. We took a car at the airport (very convenient) and drove around various beautiful places every day. The air was about 19 degrees and the ocean too, we swam every day. Next time I would like to stay here again. It is quiet, picturesque, the sound of the ocean is calming. Thanks to the friendly hostess, we had a great time.

We had a great Week in Riccardos Apartment. He welcomed us very warmly and had a bunch of good recommendations for us on what to do on the island. We apartment is even cozier than the pictures and we felt feely comfortable. You can tell Riccardo actually thought about required tools and similar and the apartment is really well equipped. Also the internet is quiet fast, which is always nice. The aparment is right next to the promenade of the beach and is in walking distance to the local surf spot vagabundos. Locals seem very friendly as well. We would return gladly any time, thank you Riccardo for having us.

A unique find with panoramic views of the north coast which is a great for surfers! Highly recommended for people that enjoy being surrounded by nature and don't mind mountain drives! Would definitely return!
