Monthly Rentals in San Diego Bay

Just moved to San Diego and had a nice 2 month stay at Allie and Ryan's place. They were both very kind, supportive and responsive! The space was clean - had closet space, comfy bed, tv, AC/heater unit, desk space to do work, and convenient laundry room. I was pleased with my stay and recommend their place!

I had a great stay at Shawn’s place! The unit felt private and secure. I like that the unit came with a parking space in the parking garage. The elevators were easy to access from the garage and ground floor. The Wi-Fi worked fast and loved having a W/D in the unit also. The mattress was pretty comfy & I really liked having the black out curtains. Shawn was a very nice and responsive host. I highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay! Had everything I needed for an extended stay. Grocery store across the street. Extremely convenient location, that's close to everything, Seaport, Gaslamp, and Little Italy. Trolley and tons of bus stops are also close by.

Joe's place was decorated very nice. His furniture and appliances were in great shape. He did a terrific job with the place, It felt more roomy than other Tiny Houses that we have stayed in before. Joe was a fantastic host with quick and excellent communication. He also showed a lot of flexibility and assistance with any questions we had. The house is in a nice little community where we found the people and local storekeepers to be very friendly. We were able to walk to a liquor store, convenience store, a great pizza restaurant and the famous Chula Tacos. The overall location was very convenient as well - 10 to 15 minutes to the Airport, Zoo, Downtown, Walmart, etc. With very close access to the 805, 5 and 8 it is easy to get anywhere easily. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but we always felt safe when walking around. As mentioned earlier, anyone we encountered in the community was also very friendly, so no real concerns. Definitely a very good value.
