Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. This stylish and well-designed apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. Salón: Espacio cómodo con sofá, Smart TV, climatización por conductos (aire acondicionado y calefacción) y zona de comedor. La ventana cuentan con persianas domóticas que permiten controlar la entrada de luz con facilidad. El sofá no se hace cama. Cocina: Totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno-microondas, campana extractora, lavavajillas, cafetera, nevera y utensilios esenciales. Se incluye un kit de bienvenida para la limpieza. Distribución de dormitorios: En la planta baja, habitación con cama doble de 1.50. No dispone de televisión ni escritorio. You can be at Atocha Station in about 17 minutes. From here you have connections to the Metro, to the rest of Madrid's commuter trains, and to several bus lines. You can also walk to Paseo del Prado, where the main museums are located, or to El Retiro Park, which is 5 minutes away.
