It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

Room, for a single person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 mins). There are only 2 stops to the city center by train (12 minutes). From the airport Terminal 4 only 40 minutes. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, refrigerator. No cooking. Neither use the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To deliver the keys to the apartment, I'll wait until 10:00 pm.

This place is in a very walkable neighborhood. The room is only 5 minutes away from the commuter train station, which is a game changer! Excellent. Johan is very kind and attentive. Nice room, with a balcony overlooking the pool, with a comfortable room for lunch or breakfast. With a shared bathroom, where everything works well and is clean. With a comfortable kitchen.

Jose Manuel and his cats (Charlie and Romeo) were very good hosts. A clean and warm place. What can I say about the very cozy room with those views and zero noise. It's 5 minutes from the station, to get to Atocha in no time. I recommend it!

Our stay here was lovely. Access to the apartments is through a secure gate, which made us feel very safe. We never had trouble finding free parking close to the building either. Everything was so clean and the shared space was great to hang out in. The host was super responsive. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend
