Fully-equipped duplex loft apartment. It occupies half of the old pajar in front of the Indian house. It has a spacious living room-kitchen downstairs, and a double room and bathroom upstairs. Outdoor furniture for private use by the entrance with nice views. It is part of a set managed by Casona la Sierra, company with ecological principles that uses geothermal and solar energy. The estate of the house is a green meadow of an acre of immaculately manicured extension. San Martín de Luiña, is a quiet, charming and very well preserved town. Supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car and there is a wide range of restaurants throughout the area. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, hiking, mountain biking and cycling on sensational routes. The surroundings are spectacular, highlighting the impressive cliffs of the Vidío Lighthouse or the magnificent views from the Santa Ana hermitage. The Selgas Foundation Palace, in Cudillero, is home to an important artistic heritage as well as 10 hectares of spectacular gardens.

With the highway just 5 mins away, it's perfect as a base to discover Asturias. The house is roomy, with views of the sea on one side and the hills on the other, a big balcony and a porch where you can dine and a big private garden where you can sunbathe and relax and the children can play.

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.
