While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Good place to rent for family with 1-2 kids. Very close (7-10 min slow walk) to one of the best beaches in Toscana – Marina di Bibbona. Close to very good pizzeria Il Tritono (3 min walk, sometimes table reservation is q good idea). No worry about food supply – 10 min from nice shopping center with mini supermarket, fish and meat stores. Vegetables you can buy on the road from farmers. Small peaceful town is located ideally towards attractions of Toscana –towns like Lucca, Piza, Viareggio and small medieval and Etruscan villages. Condo is quite cozy and spacious – two levels, two bathrooms, two bedrooms that fit 5 people. Two small yards – in front and behind the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to cook at home. Dishwasher, but No washing machine. Be aware – condo is condo. Neighbors from both sides, they were nice but it is not like when you live by your own in separate house. It did not bother us much but if you need privacy or you have a baby with sleeping problem – think twice. Giovapaolo is a very interesting, caring and tactful host. He prepared everything for our visit, gave valuable info re location and house. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend his apartment.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and swimming pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Very friendly host, he gave us a tour and showed us how to operate things. The apartment is on the second floor (one large staircase, no elevator) and was very roomy. The host made us breakfast in the morning and was helpful in giving us travel tips for visiting sites in Florence.
