The house is 140 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby on the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (only one with a bathtub), and 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds, as well as a small room with a bunk bed. The bunk bed should only be used by persons no taller than 170 cm. In total, there are 8 sleeping places. There is also a weekend bed including a duvet for children from 0-2 years of age. Bed linens can be rented for DKK 75 per set. Towels can be rented for DKK 25 each. To be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Modern independent apartment in the south of beautiful quiet country estate. 2 rooms with 2x90cm beds as a double bed in the garden room and 1 140cm double bed plus good sofa bed in the meadow room. Kitchen with modern amenities and 5 dining areas as well as a small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing table. Beautiful views of gardens and fields. Fireplace, hill with a view, 850 meters to a beautiful beach. We have chickens, beekeeping and organic sheep farming on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

Semi-detached house close to the beach, marina and nature

The house is divided into two, and this part is 173 m2. Located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900 meters between both sides of the beach. High ceilings and lots of cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants, and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST with a wine and coffee bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works are located in the Café. Incl. bed linen, towel and bath towel per person.

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2 km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. The old potato sprouting room has been gently transformed in 2022 into a lovely 55 m2 vacation apartment with a cozy living room, a couple of good rooms, a spacious bathroom and a small kitchenette for easy cooking in the combi-oven or on the two induction hobs, plus it contains a small fridge without a freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Cabin with beach access.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cabin with room for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, a refrigerator, an induction stovetop, access to water, and a toilet. Right outside the house, there is a private tiled terrace overlooking a natural area with sheep. Please note that there is no shower. Approx. 50 m to the toilet The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin Bed linens can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please send a message if you would like this, and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

Samsø - large new cottage close to the beach - 500m

Large new cottage in Sælvig at Strandparken 13. The house is for 10 people (2 single and 4 double rooms) and nicely decorated. Located on a beautiful plot close to Sælvigbugten and Sælvig ferry port. Cozy living room with large kitchen and well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace and a large garden. The house is very centrally located on the west coast and there are nice bike paths right next to the house. We are happy to welcome our guests personally to share some tips about Samsø, about nature and people.

Free parking in central Nordby. The whole house is exclusively yours, although the owners may work in the garden, pop into the workshop or gym once in a while.

Containerhuset

Er du til smukke skovrige omgivelser, vil dette passe dig. Huset ligger på en naturgrund skærmet af høje træer og med markerne i baggrunden. Den modsatte vej er der ca. 400m til lille uforstyrret strand. Har du prøvet at bo i et containerhus før? Vi byggede vores elskede sommerhus i 2018 af tre gamle skibscontainere. Huset ligger som en kubistisk hobbithule på en vild grund i det dejlige, rolige Vesterløkken.
