From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. TINY HOME SAMSØ - 300 m from the water

TINY HOME SAMSØ is located about 800 meters from Sælvig Harbor with the two ferries to/from Jutland. The house was built in 2022 - we took it over in March 2024 - and are renovating it continuously to improve comfort and quality. It is 300 m to the water, where you can take a nice walk along the coast and 800 m to a fantastic beach with a jetty.
