Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Samos

The apartment has all you could possibly need. It is nicer and bigger than the photos. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and 1 entrance living room. It has its own parking and is inside the city.

Beautiful house with a magnificent view from the roof terrace. Very clean. Friendly and helpful owner who responds quickly. A quaint village with the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!

We had a great week at the property with our kids (16,13,10). The view is truly stunning. In the kitchen you will find everything else you might need. The house has all the comforts. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool with sea views, several seats and plenty of space inside. Recommended to do in the area is hiking in the surroundings of the Potami waterfalls and eating at the top of the steep stairs. And if you really want to see a beautiful sunset, you should definitely eat at Orizontas (book). A boat trip to Ephesus is also well worthwhile. In the May holidays, it can still be fresh, so a cardigan is recommended. The house is quite centrally located and you can easily reach the surrounding villages with a rental car. The photos match what you see in real life, maybe it's even nicer!

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

There were three of us. It was a little difficult to find, but if you do exactly what Maria says, you'll get there. The space was clean and equipped with all the comforts. We had a great time. Sitting in the backyard every night watching the beautiful setting sun. We were allowed to pick and use as many oranges and lemons as we wanted. And we've done so. Delicious juice in the morning. We had good contact with our host. If we wanted something that was taken care of right away and we could ask anything. It's well worth going there. Upstairs a practical spacious master bedroom with a private bath. Downstairs a small bedroom with a single bed and in the basement a bedroom with two single beds is hidden. Is nice for children. All in all it was good to stay. I definitely recommend it.

Michael is as friendly and professional as best of the best hosts out there. He preps rooms the same as his own, kitchen, bathroom were immaculate.

We loved SeaView at Psili Ammos! It is even better than the pictures - looks out on the most stunning beach. The water is crystal clear and warm and the beach wasn’t too busy so it felt like a very relaxing slice of heaven. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, and host Chris was very helpful and generous - lovely little treats for when we arrived. Highly recommended - I would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Illias’ house! The house itself is wonderful, it’s equipped with everything you need, and the location is perfect. Can’t wait to be back!

We took an Amazing holidays in Samos in semptember. Panagiotis is a careful and kind host. The apartament was really clean and space, we were in 4. The infinity pool whit the perfect view in Vathy bay Is someting special! We raccomanding this strutture for you're vacation!

Beautiful quiet villa ideal for families. Very close to the beach and the area is amazing. Recommended for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Katerina 's house. It is nice to stay in a quiet house on the hill after a day on the beach. The first very nice beach is just down the Hill wirh an easy access. If you want a sandy beach you need about 40 Minuten to Psili Ammos east. Its really worth the time to get there. From the terrace you always have a phantastic sunset and a beautiful view. Many thanks to Katerina for this nice stay.

George was very helpful, and his place is in a great little area, away from the built up areas, closer to the locals, but with everything you need at your fingertips.

We had fantastic 4 days in this gorgeous house. The view of the house was incredible and it was super comfortable. Giorgios and Sofia (the owners of the house) were very hospitable and friendly. They answered every question of us and recommended very good places to go. We went to the most beautiful beaches in the town easily from the house as the location of the house was very convenient. There were good restaurants and taverns around the house. The neighborhood was also very satisfactory in terms of that. We had a lovely vacation in Samos and I think we made the best decision by staying in this fantastic house. Many thanks again to Giorgio and Sofia for everything. We will definitely come back again.

Location was really good, it was right in front of the beach and it was like our personal beach, when we were swimming there were no one else & this felt amazing. There is a little quiet village in 20 min walking distance with cute restaurants and market. Which was really good because location is 1h driving distance to all city centres. Overall was a good choice if you are looking for peace and quiet. Negative sides: one bedroom is outside of the main house,no dishwasher and most importantly there are so so so so many bugs and they do not get affected by bugoff spreys so if you are afraid of the bugs you should consider this

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo’s beautiful villa! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our visit. The house is on the beach where we enjoyed swimming after a day of exploring Samos. You can walk up the street and enjoy local restaurants or drive to Kokari, Pythagorio, or Karlovasi. For our check-in, Apollon met us at the house, explained all we needed to know, and supplied us with a few provisions to get started. Excellent host who I strongly recommend for your adventures in Samos! Five stars!

The place is just in the heart of Kokkari. Just 2 mins to the beach by walk. Restaurants and bars are quite close. I didn’t know I was going to stay this close to the center. The house was quite clean and there are everything in it. We felt like at home. It has it’s own garden and furnitures. We couldn’t use the bbq but other’s can use it if they have time. Matthew is a nice person and responds so fast.

The location of the house is only a 1-minute walk to the sea. The house is located in a large garden with fruit trees. Christine welcomed us very well. She informed us about all the details for our need. We were 4 people with our 2 children. The house was very clean and the items were very sufficient. We had an amazing 2 nights. After putting the children to sleep, my wife and I sat for hours on the magnificent patio of the house with pleasure. If you do not have a plan to visit Samos, you do not need to go anywhere from here. The beach is amazing. After entering the sea, there is only 1 meter of stone and then a soft sand. The tavern by the sea was spectacular. We started with coffee at the tavern at noon. We spent time in the same tavern until 12pm. You can use the sun loungers and umbrellas in front of them for free. In short, I will definitely prefer Christine's house when I come back to Samos. Together with my kids and my wife, we loved this place. Thank you so much for everything Christine ❤️
