Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Kalami's sea view 2

Αυτός ο νέος χώρος συνδυάζει θέα στη θάλασσα αλλά και στο βουνό. Μόνο 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο και μόλις 25 λεπτα με τα πόδια απτό κέντρο της πόλης μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ησυχία της φύσης και τον ήχο των κυμάτων. Επίσης απέχει 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο την παραλία Γάγγου περνώντας απο ένα μονοπάτι μέσα στην φύση. Δειτε το ομορφότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα κάθε απόγευμα από το μπαλκόνι σας! Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση προσφέροντας σας την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας όλες τις ώρες την ημέρας!

Τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της θάλασσας σε συνδυασμό με το πράσινο των ελαιόδεντρων και πεύκων δημιουργούν ένα ανεπανάληπτο σκηνικό για ξενοιασιά και ηρεμία. Η βεράντα με τα κυπαρίσσια είναι το σημείο αναφοράς του καταλύματος. Από αυτή τη βεράντα προσφέρεται απερίσπαστα η μοναδική θέα. Αλλά αυτό που σίγουρα θα σας μείνει αξέχαστο είναι η Ανατολή του ηλίου.Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει στον επισκέπτη την μοναδική εμπειρία να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του.

Nina's House above the amazing sea!

Welcome to Nina’s House, a bright and whitewashed house, just a short walk from the beach! This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!

This seaside apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people is suitable for your family, has easy access to its space. It is located near three beaches and all the traditional restaurants of our village.

The floating apartment

As the name indicates "The floating appartment" gives you the feeling that you are floating in the sea . Located 5 meter from the sea side the apartment promises unlimited view and offers the opportunity to witness beautιfull dawns and sunsets. Fully equipt with everything you will need to make your stay independent and comfortable, in a smooth and bright enviroment.
