Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
