The first floor has a private bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a full kitchen. Rio has an exterior dining table for 6 people. The first-floor patio has a lovely sitting area with rustic coffee table and a porch swing, looks out over the pool. Villa Rio sleeps up to 6 people, and is perfect for a family or group of friends.

Welcome to one of five Blue Zones! Casa Tranquila is a BRAND NEW villa in the hills of Samara. This contemporary villa offers a chef's kitchen, a private pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as both bedrooms, are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area, a daybed with shade, and an outdoor shower. High teak ceilings were used in the home's architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated workspace making it perfect for remote work.
