There's a beautiful pool and rancho for your use just a few minute’s walk from the house. There are 2 bedrooms (rented separately) so spaces are shared. The room is on the ground floor. It has a king bed with sofa or a single bed, private bathroom w/hot water and AC. It has private pool side yard with 2 loungers. . The Property is front row. So it's considered beach front in Playa Guiones. We have a private path. The beach is literally our back yard, you can hear the waves. We are brand new and have all the conveniences of a modern home. Cleaning staff everyday. Breakfast is included. We have 3 Wifi's, they are Very FAST.
