Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Salt River

My partner had a surgery in Mayo Clinic so we decided to rent this place because it was so close from it. We don’t regret it, this place is so beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has a lot of amenities including games and pool table. The best thing is the backyard, a nice beautiful pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and big table where We really enjoyed having breakfast every morning. The only negative thing is that it gets so hot in the 2 rooms in the second floor during the day. However we didn’t use this rooms at all so it didn’t bothered us. The communication with the company manager of this property is excellent. I had a issue with the lock code because it ran out of battery and I couldn’t get in to the house, however they sent a couple gays to help me and they finally let me in to the house, the guy even offered me a refund of $27 to compensate the bad time which I really appreciated and thanked. In conclusion a good place to stay specially if you have a big family.

Lovely bunkhouse that packs lots of amenities and beauty into the space available. Our family of 4 loved it and the two kids had a great time with the bunk beds and the toys/books provided by our kind host Sara. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the nice outdoor space including the bell tower.

What a sweet and peaceful stay. Our little group had work to do and reserved Chuck's space to both work and relax. It was perfect for both, and I appreciated the great communication, all the little details, the hot tub was blissful!!, and I slept great. The place is as described (note there are stairs, etc if you have mobility issues the bedrooms are upstairs and outside is landscaped so ask questions - Chuck is a good communicator - if you have concerns). I also really like that area of central Phoenix - it is close to freeways and lots of places if you aren't familiar with Phoenix. I'd stay here again for sure :)

We have stayed at many homes the last 3 years as our son and family live in Gilbert. This home was ideal locale and size. We are from the mountains of Colorado and use to peaceful areas without road noise. It was wonderful. Our grandkids walked every day by goats, horses, pigs and chickens. We will be back!! We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party from Canada! Gus’s home was just as advertised and stunning! He responded quickly to every single message prior to our arrival (and during)- being from out of country this could have made our plan preparation very stressful! I am so happy I chose this house for our girls trip, the house was extremely clean and modern! He set up pool floaties for us and allowed some special requests I made. I would 100% book again with Gus next time we visit Scottsdale!

This house perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy spring training and swimming. The house was an easy uber or waymo from anywhere we went. Easy grocery delivery as well. House was clean and had plenty of basics. The heated pool and blow up floats were amazing. We hope to stay again soon!

Grant was an exceptional host. the airbnb felt like a home away from home while we were having renovations to our house. Gated, quiet neighborhood with great walking paths for the dogs and a nice playground for the kiddo. Backyard chaird were falling apart due to weather and the host replaced them within days. Extremely accomodating with last minute reservations and extensions. Probably the best stay I've had on the app.

A cute little place off the beaten path, it was super quiet and the place was basically a little apartment. Their instructions were very clear, unfortunately due to me being in Eloy for work, arriving late at night was hard because I couldn’t really see were to go, but that’s not their fault. Once I figured it out it was easy to get into! Thank you so much for letting me stay here!

This place was very quiet and comfortable. There is not a lot to do out there, but it’s more meant for just to have a peaceful environment. You’re surrounded by Desert the town I wanna say is 20 minutes out. Overall, though the unit was very clean and well kept up. Keep in mind though there is only one TV located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have none.

Great and very clean place. Easy to check in and had lots of local recommendations for attractions and dining. also another thing that stood out was the address, distance and contact information for emergency services and closest hospital for worst case scenarios.

Mostly we needed a place to sleep as we were visiting friends and relatives in the area. It was nice and quiet, bed was comfy, so was the recliner!! And we loved the courtyard -- was a little cool but we came from a cold climate so we still sat out and listened to the birds -- it felt like spring to us!! All the people (volunteers) at this facility were friendly and nice. There were nice areas to walk and we watched a few skydivers -- way in the distance!

We had a lovely time staying in this penthouse apartment. This place is so cute and so much fun. We were in town for a wedding, but couldn’t wait to get back to this place every night. We played pool and watched movies during our down time. This is my husband’s favorite airbnb to date. Also, the beds are so comfortable! We love firm mattresses and these were just right. Felt like a little oasis. Note: this is located downtown in a major city. Folks who are down on their luck may be nearby. Just treat it like any other city. Mind your business and be alert. I say that out of an abundance of caution, because we were just fine and would love to go back. It was extremely private and I felt very safe knowing I had multiple gates separating me from the world. Note re mobility: Please be aware that there is no elevator. Somehow I missed that part. We were fine but my grandmother would not have been able to make it. Read carefully!

Very comfortable, clean, two bedroom with covered parking and easy keyless entry. I had a job obligation in Gilbert, AZ, so this location was an easy 8 min drive to where I needed to be. The bed and linen were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with basics (I didn't end up using the kitchen for anything but coffee, but it lends itself to buying groceries and making food there). Bathrooms were clean, and there was a nice, screened in back porch.

All was good except for the dirty pool and jacuzzi. the place was really nice and clean.

The home was well supplied with kitchen utensils, and the appliances looked like they were recently purchased. Bathrooms were well supplied. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is walking distance or a VERY short drive of practically everything to do in Scottsdale, this is it! The condo was so adorable and so clean, the pool and patio seating were the perfect touch to an amazing place! Kris is an amazing host and was so responsive to help us accommodate a family member whose flight was cancelled for such a small charge - WORTH it! If/when we visit Scottsdale again, we will definitely try to return to this very unit. Thank you so much, Kris!!
