Monthly Rentals in Salgueiro do Campo

We had a great month-long stay in this wooden cabin! Perfect location in the countryside yet only a 10-15m drive from Castelo Branco. Beautiful river nearby, perfect daily walk with our dog. The cabin was comfortable, spacious, and the ac/heater unit worked well. The aging washing machine broke whilst we were there but Diogo got a new one a few days later, great service! The only thing that can be improved is the mattress in terms of size (190cm instead of 200cm long) and softness (springs instead of memory foam). Storage was also somewhat limited for such a long stay, but would be fine for 1-2 weeks.

Very charming and very spacious house. The living room with the salamander makes the space very welcoming and the kitchen has all the amenities to have a meal at home and enjoy the space. Despite the bad weather we also managed to take advantage of the pool as the water seemed to be heated and it was nicer than the outdoor temperature. We will return without a doubt.

We decided to stay it the area last minute when exploring the cherry blossoms. Maria was very accommodating and friendly and the place was very comfortable. We hope to stay again for longer.

We had a great time at this wonderfull place with beautifull nature around. The retro caravan has everything you need and we cooked in the outdoor kitchen, all equipment is there. There are several nice places to sit in the sun or shadow. Stephan is a very kind and helpfull owner and has funny sheep, cats, dog, frogs and crickets on his land. The outdoor sanitary was new for us but a good experience. If you like to experience off-grid living this is the right place to be! Thank you Stephan and Ariane for offering us such a good time .
