On the first floor of a beautiful house located in a quiet area, it is the sweetness of life assured 2 km from the city center. The 15 m2 terrace is a plus to recharge your batteries while contemplating the edge of the wood at the bottom of the garden. You will have a lockable bike garage and access to the pool. For your information, our home is located 3 km from the A10 highway access.

It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

It comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 spacious bedrooms - large bedroom with 4 singles en suite upstairs and 2 double bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor. Can be booked with our smaller gite to sleep 13 in total. Awarded 4* rating by Charente Maritime Tourist Board. All bed linen and towels are provided. Welcome basket on arrival and pool towels are available.
