Vacation rentals with breakfast in Saintes

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a very short stay at this functional and adjoining apartment. The area is very nice and Caroline, who was very warm, told us about nearby events during our welcome. 🙂

We stayed 1 night in Olival with our two daughters who are 3 years and 9 months old. Olivier eh Valerie are very charming and their accommodation is very functional and welcoming. The outdoor space with the pool is nice.

The accommodation is very tastefully and fully furnished with good furniture, lots of books, art on the wall etc. Outside is a beautiful terrace with barbecue. A little further away is the lovely natural pool with seating. Adrian's estate (and Vicky) also consists of his own home, some beautiful old stables and other houses, a meadow with donkeys, an artist's studio and a vegetable garden. The whole is very charming, peaceful and in a green natural setting. Adrian himself (Vicky was in England) is very nice and the welcome was very warm with a chest of vegetables, fruits, homemade jam, etc. We had a wonderful week at Adrian's place as a family (6 adults and a baby) and we can highly recommend this accommodation.

Marion and Jonathan received us very well for this short stay. They are neighbors of the accommodation but very discreet and we felt very good in this beautiful, very peaceful and well-decorated cottage.

Patricia is a very welcoming host, available and very kind. Her house is very pretty and her beautiful landscaped garden is a haven of peace where you are lulled by birdsong. And the best part is that we are a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the old port. This is the perfect place for a wonderful stay in La Rochelle Thanks Patricia

3 generations of the same family were very happy here. The house was lovely. Julie was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for the beach and the shops and restaurants, Soulac is has a lot to offer. I Would definitely recommend as a lovely place to stay.

I had a great time at Léa's apartment. It is perfectly located in the city center of La Rochelle, everything is within walking distance, which is really convenient. A very large room perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, toilet and shower room nearby, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and in the garage for the bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams... what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. An excellent stopover!

our stay in Cerise room was just what we needed, a break from things in peaceful location, conveniently located close to La Rochelle, Ile d'oleron and Ile de Re. Thank you for the lovely homemade jams and yoghurt that came with our breakfast each morning.

We spent a night at Lil's who is a very friendly host. We really enjoyed the moment of conviviality at breakfast, which by the way, was very good and hearty. The bedroom is superb, the surroundings are very quiet. The little surprises left for our arrival as well as the fact of having bicycles at our disposal was greatly appreciated. We'll be back without hesitating.
