Bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Breakfast available upon request. House close to shops and Bellevue High School, 15 minutes' walk to the city center. Easy and free parking nearby.

We rent a very simple room in our house. We are a very kind couple. We have health concerns and we will ask you to come with your bedding or sleeping bag and towels. You won't have access to the kitchen or microwave. Please note that the bathroom is shared with the family. We are 700 m from the city center and the train station. The ferry is 7 minutes away by bike. For cyclists, bicycles will be attached in our garden.

The room is located on the 1st floor in our house "La Novia", with independent access. The room has quality amenities for your breakfasts and meals, table and 2 chairs, hotel refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishes. TV, Canal+. Safe. Free Wi-Fi. Warning!!! Breakfasts are not offered (bakeries and Carrefour City 100 m away). Towels and bed linen are provided. Bed (160) made on arrival.

Old barn converted into an air-conditioned room of more than 30 m² in Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan in a quiet and secure location. Located 3km from the Jonzac shopping area, 5km from the spa and 6km from the aquatic and fitness center "Les Antilles". The first beaches are a 45-minute drive away. Free parking on site. No kitchen in property.
