Vacation rentals with breakfast in Saintes

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a very short stay at this functional and adjoining apartment. The area is very nice and Caroline, who was very warm, told us about nearby events during our welcome. 🙂

Wow! What a lovely place to stay, with views over the estuary, a private garden, a sunroom and balcony. Just a five minute walk to a great local restaurant. Its described as a fast food restaurant, but it has French cuisine, and it is friendly and the service is fast. The house has a homely feel to it and we can highly recommend it. Floriane responds very quickly and is always charming.

We stayed 1 night in Olival with our two daughters who are 3 years and 9 months old. Olivier eh Valerie are very charming and their accommodation is very functional and welcoming. The outdoor space with the pool is nice.

The accommodation is very tastefully and fully furnished with good furniture, lots of books, art on the wall etc. Outside is a beautiful terrace with barbecue. A little further away is the lovely natural pool with seating. Adrian's estate (and Vicky) also consists of his own home, some beautiful old stables and other houses, a meadow with donkeys, an artist's studio and a vegetable garden. The whole is very charming, peaceful and in a green natural setting. Adrian himself (Vicky was in England) is very nice and the welcome was very warm with a chest of vegetables, fruits, homemade jam, etc. We had a wonderful week at Adrian's place as a family (6 adults and a baby) and we can highly recommend this accommodation.

Marion and Jonathan received us very well for this short stay. They are neighbors of the accommodation but very discreet and we felt very good in this beautiful, very peaceful and well-decorated cottage.

Patricia is a very welcoming host, available and very kind. Her house is very pretty and her beautiful landscaped garden is a haven of peace where you are lulled by birdsong. And the best part is that we are a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the old port. This is the perfect place for a wonderful stay in La Rochelle Thanks Patricia

Apartment ideally located in the center and very well-equipped. Everything was clean and pleasant to use in the apartment. Excellent bedding and Jean-Pierre was very available. We'll be happy to go back.

I had a great time at Léa's apartment. It is perfectly located in the city center of La Rochelle, everything is within walking distance, which is really convenient. The apartment is exactly as described, no complaints. Léa was very responsive and accommodating, responding quickly to all my messages. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay in an ideally located apartment with a great sea view. Breakfast in the sun on the terrace. Everything was perfect and Gérard is a very nice and very attentive host.

Sylvie welcomed us warmly and showed us around the accommodation, which was clean, quiet and as advertised. Sylvie and her husband were friendly and welcoming. The offer of breakfast for the next morning was very nice, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it. Thanks again for hosting us!

Stephanie and Christophe are lovely hosts, we enjoyed a very warm welcome and were able to have interesting and friendly exchanges. our stay in Cerise room was just what we needed, a break from things in peaceful location, conveniently located close to La Rochelle, Ile d'oleron and Ile de Re. Thank you for the lovely homemade jams and yoghurt that came with our breakfast each morning.

The grounds are delightful, bordering on idyllic. Our room was furnished as for a glossy magazine article but all the mod cons were in place. We received a guided tour around the grounds at the beginning and met many of the animals including Luna the collie who was absolutely adorable and Moldemort the black swan who tried to leave an indelible impression on my toes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked a treat. The alfresco breakfast space was lovely - as were our hosts. Just an all-round happy experience
