The place was beautiful, very stylish and exactly as described – if not even better! Everything was extremely well equipped, nothing was really missing. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: a quiet, relaxed retreat and at the same time an ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes or excursions to the beach as well as to the surrounding cities along the Côte d'Azur. After an eventful day in this beautiful region, it was always a pleasure to come "home" and end the evening in a relaxed way. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be happy to come back – a real insider tip for a successful vacation in the south of France! The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday. Its location in a popular area is a major asset, only a few minutes from the beaches and the center of Sainte-Maxime. We highly recommend this rental, and have already found our address for our future stays!

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We spent a great week with two families in Fabienne's great house. The house is wonderfully quiet, very tastefully decorated and almost even more beautiful than in the photos. There are many areas where you can sit and retreat and very nice large tables both indoors and outdoors where you can sit and eat very well for eight. There is a large gas grill that works very well and the entire kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Fabienne was straightforward and very friendly. She gave us tips for the area and was always available. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lodge. The property is beautifully designed, with modern renovation and well-thought-out landscaping — everything invites relaxation. We especially loved the heated pool. Although it’s shared by four lodges, there were very few people, and it always felt comfortable. The water was pleasantly warm and slightly salty. The location is great: the beach and restaurants are within walking distance, and beautiful towns are just a short drive away. The house was well-equipped: the kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill area and terrace with a great sea view made our dinners really special. Our child was also happy: there were books, LEGO and games. The hosts were always available and responded quickly to any questions. We would gladly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Had a great stay at this studio! The apartment is perfectly located, a few minutes walk to downtown and the beach, which is ideal for making the most of the city. The studio is clean, well appointed and very functional. Special mention for the pretty terrace, a real asset for having breakfast in the sun or relaxing at the end of the day. Pascal is very friendly and available.

We stayed at Karine and Romain's, and everything was just perfect. The design of the apartment is very beautiful, everything is thought out in every detail. The estate is large, with a swimming pool, a quiet environment, and lovely and very welcoming hosts, always ready to respond to any requests. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

If you’re looking for pure heaven in Saint Maxime, you must stay at this gorgeous, tastefully decorated top-floor studio right across the street from the beach. AMAZING! 🤩 We were comfy, and had more than we needed (including a beach umbrella and mat, yay!) to enjoy the area. The view of the sea is knock- out beautiful. Restaurants right on the beach with everything good to offer. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and so helpful to explain how to make full use of the amenities. A must stay if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and close- proximity to all the wonders of this charming French Riviera town. The ferrys to St. Tropez and Ports Grimaud are an easy 10-minute walk. I could write a tome. Traveling alone or as a couple, this is the superlative place to go “ahhh”.

Great stay at this place in a great location. Arthur is a very responsive host who was able to provide us with clear instructions on the check-in and checkout procedure. The space was clean. Very nice view from the terrace. Underground parking is a real added value.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
