Fantastic location, central to Saint-one to railway station, beach and harbour. Apartment was as described / per photos, light, open, well appointed, with everything you would need for a stay. Nathalie met us with keys at agreed time and was warm and welcoming. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Check out was equally easy. We have no hesitation in recommending.

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful 2-room apartment in Cannes Californie and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment is tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The highlight was the spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to explore the vibrant city of Cannes. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a seamless stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a apartment with a great location, a quite close 8 min walk to the beach and the shopping street Rue d Antibes and at the same time a delightful retreat in Cannes.

David's apartment is a gem, all recently renovated and with a lot of attention to detail. As soon as you enter you feel welcomed. Bathroom and kitchen are perfect and functional, nice shower, nice induction plates. The space is a studio, but the sofa bed opens and closes easily. David welcomed us in person and kindly showed us the things to see and do around Salernes, which is a non-touristy town, very true and lively especially in the main square on market days. The house is in fact less than 200m from the square, and is still well soundproofed so you can't hear any noise from outside. The area nearby is beautiful and every country is worth a visit. Recommended for those looking for an authentic point of view on southern France.

A little paradise among the Mimosas. Very quiet, well-equipped. Pierre-Marie and Christine are very discreet, lovely. Their garden is very beautiful. You leave their home and find yourself directly surrounded by Mimosa. We'll be happy to go back.

Luxury residence in a perfectly maintained and very beautiful wooded park! Seaside with almost direct access from the residence. Located 15 minutes' walk to the city center of Cannes (a few minutes by bus with very good service) Very nice spacious, functional, well-equipped and clean apartment, with a large openable veranda overlooking the sea! Easy communication with Alexandra. Welcome and presentation on site, particularly warm by Marie Hélène. Available throughout the stay if you need anything else. Close to a railway line on the edge of the residence (not bothering us).

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

The pool is sufficiently large. The proximity to the city and the beach is a great advantage. Very nice apartment for small families like us. Very quick and always friendly response from the hostess. We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

The holiday house is on a resort. During our stay there was an entertainment team present at the resort. There is a nice bar where you can have a drink and order small bites. There is no restaurant at the resort, which was closed two years ago. The free swimming pool is nice with sunbeds and umbrellas and at walking distance. The house is cozily furnished and contains really everything you could need. A delicious bottle of rosé was in the fridge upon arrival. It was very warm during our stay and therefore the air conditioning in the house was very welcome. We enjoyed very much!

This villa gave us exactly the holiday we wanted. The house is peacefully located in tranquil surroundings. Yet, it's super central location. A very good grocery store is only 2 minutes away. And fun for us was that Decathlon was only 6 min away. The villa is centrally located between Cannes and Antibes which are great place to visit. And it is quick to get to Nice. The villa is cozy decorated, and was a great fit for us who are a family of 5, with children from 11-20 years. Well equipped kitchen, good space and very nice property. Elisabeth responded very quickly and both check in and check out was easy. We recommend the place with pleasure.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Their house is beautifully modern yet full of soul, with every amenity you could need. The garden and pool were incredible—sunlit all day with the water staying above 27°C (in Sep). The separate jacuzzi and sauna made it even more relaxing. Meeting Lilou and Christian was unforgettable; they welcomed us with homemade treats and warm smiles, making us feel right at home. They are such vibrant, kind people, and we loved learning about the slow-paced lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur. This is a perfect place for anyone seeking peace and nature, just an hour from the city. We can’t wait to return! ❤️
