We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Family stay with 6 adults and 1 child (30 months). Beautiful house not overlooked in a quiet residential area. Pros: Self check-in. Pleasant and spacious living room, what it takes for the little ones (umbrella beds, high chair and even waking mat), Heated and good-sized pool, Sufficient and comfortable outdoor furniture. Aldi 2 steps away, green coulee 5 minutes away with children's play areas, beach 30/35 minutes walk. We spent a wonderful ten day vacation in Manuel’s home. The house was perfect for our needs: very clean, lots of space for our big group, beautiful kitchen and courtyard, great outdoor space (pool and basketball hoop!) and a study with a piano. A delight. We appreciated the location next to the market and a short walk to the beach (15min) as well as its proximity to a free parking area. Quick answers to our questions. Good wifi. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Beautiful and stylish house very near the beach. Utterly peaceful and quiet yet 7mins walk to restaurants, bakery and shops. Also the garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could run freely. Easy to also hire a bike and see the beautiful island. Thank you to the Travel Paradise team!

The house is large, warm and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance (access to the sea, playground, shopping street, restaurants). Laurence is very responsive and welcoming. A property to recommend!

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Four of us, all adults stayed for a long weekend. We absolutely feel in love with the house. It was beautifully designed with a shabby chic interior. We actually canceled one night out to stay in, BBQ and take advantage of the house. The pool was warm and clean and a great way to start the day. The location is perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants. The quality of everything in the house was outstanding. We really were pleased and would stay there again. When we departed and got to the airport we realized we’d left a laptop in the house. Isabelle immediately arranged for it to be sent to our home in Ireland. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

We were so well taken care of! The house is comfortable, super clean and easy. Easy to get around. Bikes for fun outings. The pool is lovely. There are games for kids and adults to enjoy. Our host was soooo nice and accommodating. Truly, he was a wonderful host.

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

Fantastic villa, better than the photos. I stayed with my wife and 5 children and it was perfect. There is even a separate studio that you can use for grand parents. Pool is amazing, space is brilliant. We had a great time.

What can I say? We had great exchanges before our arrival. Then a very nice welcome, Marion welcomed us with a smile and was always available to make our stay as pleasant and practical as possible. We even shared an aperitif together in a very good spirit of conviviality. And check-out went very well too. So thank you very much and if we have a chance we will come back. The little extra: direct access to the forest which allows beautiful walks or morning sports.

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.
