Ile de Ré is right across the street. The cycle path (Vélodyssée) passes in front of the house. It contains a beautiful 40 m² living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, it is very bright, south facing. Decor and furniture are well maintained.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
