Activities around us: O'fun park, O'gliss park, Château des Aventuriers, we are also located 55 minutes from Puy du Fou, you will appreciate the calm and charm of the countryside and close to the sea.

This downtown loft, a former car garage transformed and carefully decorated, can accommodate 8 people in pleasant and well-kept spaces. Family accommodation of 200 m2, it is ideally located close to Montaigu-Vendée train station (5 min walk), shops (city center 5 min walk), city parks and services. The house, designed around the pool, consists of a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 separate spaces.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
