Vacation rentals with lake access in Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon

Karen is an awesome host, providing superior service. I had the opportunity to stay with two hosts in the same resort in successive days. If i had to do it again, I would have booked the entire stay with Karen.

We had a lovely stay with the family, the location is quiet and peaceful, a large pleasant room to live in and friendly and accommodating hosts. We were able to take our dogs there. 10-15 minutes from the city center on foot, Super U and good restaurants nearby. Excellent. 👍

Big thanks for this stay! We came to discover Puy du Fou as a family. The stay was perfect. We were three generations in the same home (which is not always easy) and it was great. The space is well designed. We didn't have the same pace of life and no one was bothered. Well done!! And see you soon I hope. A beautiful place to remember;)

Anne greeted us in person and was able to arrange the check-in and checkout times. The house was as described. A peaceful harbor. The large bay window opening onto the shaded terrace allowed us to eat outside.

Nice and very quiet accommodation. On our arrival a little sweet treat was waiting for us, after the road it was nice, thank you so much. There is really everything you need in the house, everything is designed to make tenants feel good. The best part is the enclosed courtyard to park the car. Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Very well located, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. The location is ideal in Montaigu, close to all shops and restaurants. Perfect for visiting the area: just 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from Nantes, and close to the Vendée coast. We had a great time, I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night in the studio which is very well equipped and arranged. The studio is close to the embankment so ideally located. The hosts are responsive and self check-in is very easy. Recommended!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was as described (or even better) in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all amenities and points of interest in the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return on a future trip to Les Sables.

The accommodation is in a great location for enjoying La Rochelle on foot. It is very well-equipped, nothing is missing for the stay to go smoothly. The environment is quiet and peaceful. We were hosted very well by Barbara who was friendly and accommodating.

Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. Very clean with the necessary sheets and towels. Impeccable communication with our host. The directions to the accommodation were very clear. The added bonus is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the body of water. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

From the initial warm welcome which showed us the facilities and grounds we could explore we were made to feel very comfortable to relax and enjoy our holiday. The property is perfectly set up for families, the children had so much they could do to entertain themselves from swimming in the pool, basketball, ping pong and checking for eggs from the chickens! On top of this the beautiful grounds gave further walks around the lake topped off with kayaks and paddle boards there was so much to do a week was not long enough! A fantastic property and lovely hosts.

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
