The apartment is situated in a quit area not far from the city centre by car. The appartment is on the 1st floor and therefore light with a view on the Pyrenees.

The accommodation is as described...the great plus is the very well appointed exterior. Otherwise all the necessities are present which is very pleasant upon arrival. Philippe is very friendly and discreet .

Very well located accommodation, a few minutes' walk to shops and the large beach of Biarritz. Well-equipped bright accommodation, easy parking on the adjacent streets. Nicolas is a very welcoming host.

This stay at Frédérique's was lovely. The house is really very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and with lots of ideas. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the thalassotherapy center and not needing a vehicle to go for beautiful walks. And above all, Frédérique and Jean François are very welcoming and friendly. We thank them warmly.

House in the middle of the forest. Very nice decoration and painting from the owner. Very well-equipped house, in the middle of a very large garden, outdoor shower, trampoline, many tables and chairs to be outside and very nice living room. Good bedding, functional kitchen. For those looking for calm, an experience in the middle of the forest, this house is perfect.

Laurent is responsive and his information is clear. The house is old, comfortable but cold upon arrival. You can hear the noise of traffic in bedroom 2 especially since a sewer is right in front of the window. It should also be noted that there is no electric car charging station as indicated in the list of amenities at the time of our reservation. But there is a public kiosk on a parking lot a few minutes walk from the house.

Very good welcome from the owners who did their best to arrive a little before the mentioned time because we arrived earlier. The house is located in a very nice private enclosure! With the forest right across to go for beautiful hikes to the ocean. The house is very warm. The owners are very responsive to small problems.

The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area, while being close to activities, beaches, lake,... within a 15/20 minute radius. It was perfect for discovering the area. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, a pleasure to stay there. Lots of activities for our teens: table tennis, badminton, swimming pool, board games... We'll be happy to go back.

A week to disconnect in the pine trees , a accommodation with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun , barbecue for meals , in short we took advantage of the location, close to amenities , everything can be done by bike ... attentive hosts, do not hesitate... Very nice postcard view. Chantal welcomed us personally in a very friendly way. The apartment has everything you need. Even in the high season you can always find a good parking space somewhere, usually also in front of the building.

Our stay at Benjamin’s was extremely comfortable, in a quiet residential area close to the beautiful town of Capbreton and near to the beaches. The pool area was a real bonus, the whole complex is well looked after and safe. A great place for families. Thank you for a lovely stay
