Located 11 km from Hossegor, 13 km from Capbreton, 20 km from Bayonne, 31 km from Biarritz airport, close to Dax and ideal for local parties. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Secure internal parking with 2 or 3 spaces. A small adjoining apartment inhabited by the two of us, and we always remain very discreet so as not to disturb our tenants.
