Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Sauveur-d'Aunis

Photos do not do it justice. Nicer than expected. Clean, well-equipped, lovely garden, off road parking, quiet location.

For our first stay in La Rochelle we were greeted by a very nice and welcoming host, these tips allowed us to visit the region as well as the use of urban transport made available to us with a bus stop "if you can say so" at the foot of the house. everything was as advertised on the site, I recommend this lovely little accommodation to other users because we had a lovely stay, thank you again to Eliane for her kindness. Franck is a very nice host and very attentive to our needs. He was very responsive to all our requests with a smile and good humor. The accommodation is superb, the green spaces are very well maintained, surely one of our best we on airbnb!!

Nathalie and Yannick greeted us with a warm welcome to a beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment - five star quality finish, comfortable bed, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like fruit, bottled water and even some sweets were left for us. They provided a wonderful breakfast. They far exceeded our expectations and i would think their obligation as hosts for the cost. Thanks you so much, we would love to come back some time.

Fabrice and Adeline are very responsive, friendly and discreet hosts. The explanations to find the accommodation with photos and arrows are a plus! The house is tastefully decorated. The bedding is impeccable. You have all the comforts you need to have a pleasant vacation. In addition, La Rochelle is not very far from the accommodation. The only small downside is the lack of finishes along the fence (broken chairs).

Excellent hosts! We felt like we were at our grandparents' house... The cottage is great, clean, quiet and Jacques and Annick are adorable. I recommend it.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a romantic weekend in La Rochelle. Everything was there: the decor, the layout, the comfort, the cleanliness and the proximity to the city center. We highly recommend this place and will come back for sure!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

One night for two at Pascal's to visit the Abbey of Maillezais + boat ride via the Embarcadère just next door. Everything is in walking distance! The accommodation is very quiet, very clean and functional. The small terrace is a plus for breakfast in the sun. We recommend it without hesitation! Thank you Pascal

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Very nice stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset, we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, tips, etc. Great value for money in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
