La Lézardière is located in the countryside, in the middle of corn, sunflower and wheat fields and in the immediate vicinity of the Benon forest. The gîte has a swimming pool (6 m x 4 m) exclusively reserved for the accommodation and heated from April to September (depending on the weather) to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
