Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Ideally located between Nantes and the sea, this bright studio can accommodate up to 4 people + one child under 4 years old free of charge. Enjoy a pleasant view of a lush garden, surrounded by palm trees, a banana tree and vines. This place is great for a memorable vacation or to recharge after a day of work.

We offer you to stay in an annex of our home (separate from our home), which we have completely renovated. The place is located in the Nantes vineyard, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed. In the bedroom, a 140 X 90 bed. Added to this is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the comforts you need. We look forward to welcoming you!
