Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

We had a lovely stay at Julien’s! He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean, well designed and equipped. Love the attention to detail. Perfect for our group of 5. The area it’s located in was equally special. Great for vintage shopping, antiques, and thrifting. Easy access to Paris by metro or if you are up for slightly long walk to the 19th arrondissement.

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortably slept 4 of us, especially with the 2 separate bathrooms. The large balcony is especially nice with a glass of wine in the evening. To get into the city with an uber is only around €25ish. Or there is 2 very close metro stations and it’s even cheaper. Lots of little supermarkets and cafe/bars around the area also.

Un week-end tout simplement magique ! Les enfants étaient émerveillés du début à la fin, tout comme nous. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon conjoint en famille autour d’un barbecue, dans un cadre parfait pour créer de beaux souvenirs. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, et ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un vrai bonheur pour petits et grands ! Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés. Hote très réactif et super sympa :)

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist angenehm und ruhig, mit einer U-Bahn-Station ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Le logement est très confortable, propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à Paris. Notre arrivé ainsi que notre départ étaient très faciles et flexibles. Il y a une station de métro à 6 min et autre à 10 min à pied et des bons restaurants dans la région. Véronique est très sympa et prête à aider. Elle a donné des instructions très claires pour notre arrivé et elle a même laissé un gâteaux pour nous. Je recommande à tous !

Everything was like we hoped it would be. The neighbourhood is not the nicest, but you forget that once inside. The walls are not very thick, but you feel right at home. Everything was as promised and the host was very quick to respond to any messages. Paris is easy to reach by bike! Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the weekend and had a wonderful time in Paris with my parents. The Olivia is incredibly helpful with all the arrangements and provided clear, useful information that made our stay smooth and stress-free. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a family trip. A special thank you for the warm gesture upon our arrival — it made us feel truly welcome. dieses Studio entspricht der Beschreibung und kann ich gut weiterempfehlen. Melanie hat sehr freundlich und innerhalb einer Stunde auf eine Frage reagiert. Da wir tagsüber viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht haben, war die ruhige Lage und der Balkon für den Abend genau das richtige. Wie bereits vorherige Besucher angemerkt haben, sind die Handtücher etwas knapp bemessen. Alles andere ist völlig ausreichend vorhanden.

Laura’s studio located in Saint Ouen was the perfect spot to stay for our weekend trip to Paris. The studio was spotless and comfortable and it was very easy to get to the center of Paris from the studio. There are a few different metros and bus stops within walking distance.

Olivier a été très proactif, maintenant une communication avancée et fréquente. Il nous a accueillis en personne, nous a expliqué en détail l'appartement, les environs et les conditions à Paris, y compris les dangers de la ville juste après le match Paris-Madrid. Olivier a également été aimable en nous laissant entrer plus tôt que l'heure prévue. L'appartement était parfait, organisé et propre. Je me suis vraiment senti chez moi.

Gostamos muito do apartamento, tudo limpo e organizado . Perto do metrô e de supermercado muito fácil locomoção por transporte público. Algumas informações importantes que provavelmente estavam no anúncio mas eu não prestei atenção , o apartamento fica no 4 andar e não tem elevador, fomos em família e o tamanho do apartamento nos atendeu mas é um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas . Eu recomendo à hospedagem, custo e benefício muito bom.

Had an enjoyable stay here. Apartment was well-equipped, and bed was comfortable. The projector in the living room was a nice touch. Location near a bus line or the Garibaldi metro stop. Hosts were flexible when we had a request. Would definitely recommend!

This little oasis in the city was the perfect place to stay for my week visit in Paris. Julien was extremely communicative and gave great instructions for finding and checking in to the place, as well as excellent local recommendations for food and sightseeing. The space was very comfortable for one person, though I feel with two it would be quite cozy. The garden/ courtyard area was incredible and such a peaceful corner in the otherwise bustling city. I would note that the flat does not have a closet or any hangers, and the kitchen, while functional is quite basic. I cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the space and was able to get by, but missed some tools like a skillet or sharp knifes. Overall I had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend.

Nossa estadia de uma semana em Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine foi simplesmente fantástica. O apartamento é, sem dúvida, um achado em Paris: muito novo, confortável, moderno e, além disso, conta com uma garagem — o que foi essencial para nós, pois tínhamos a intenção de explorar os arredores de Paris, especialmente os castelos (châteaux). O imóvel está situado em uma região de construções recentes, bastante agradável e funcional. Há dois pequenos mercados próximos que atendem perfeitamente às necessidades de uma estadia como a nossa. Em poucos minutos, também tínhamos acesso à linha 14 do metrô, que leva à estação Châtelet em cerca de 20 minutos. Enfim, recomendamos vivamente o apartamento e a estadia com a anfitriã Fanny. Essa experiência reacendeu em nós a antiga paixão que temos por esta cidade tão especial.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The place was nice, just like the photos. Perfect for us. Charles was great and responsive. The only drawback for me was that i tore my meniscus 1 month before and going up and down the stairs was hard and being 10 minutes walking distance from the metro might have been ok if I didn’t get hurt the month before. Nothing to do with the place though. 🤗

Hermoso alojamiento, a pasos del metro que te lleva en 20 minutos a los principales lugares turísticos. Es muy cómodo y tranquilo. El barrio me pareció seguro, con muchos comercios de cercanía. Lo recomiendo a la comunidad de airbnb sin dudarlo.

The place is OUTSTANDING! Clean, comfortable and at a perfect location. The beds were super comfortable (they even have a system that lifts the top or bottom part)! Bathroom and shower are great! The apartment is literally a few steps away from the Metro and RER! There is a great restaurant right in front and something like a mall with a grocery store right beside the building! Sonya was super quick to respond and very friendly! I highly recommend her place!
