Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine

We had the loveliest stay! Ambre was a wonderful host, helpful, responsive, and a sweet person. The place was warm and cozy, even better than the pictures. Everything you could need is there from delicious coffee to clean towels. It was lovely to stay inside for some rainy moments, enjoyning some wine in the coziness of the apartment. We had an wonderful dinner in one of the places recommended by Ambre. The location is a bit far from the touristic sights, but still easy to navigate from, we used Uber. It was a safe and very peaceful building, and super quiet. I would highly recommend the place for anyone, warmest thank you for a lovely stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is very well equipped and spacious. It's very close to the subway (lines 13 and 14) so it's not only easy to get to from the airport (Orly has a direct connection) but it's also easy to get to the tourist spots. The neighborhood is very nice and there is a nice park nearby. Yohan was always attentive to our questions.

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. Elena's apartment was perfect as a starting point for a trip to Paris. Easily accessible by car and very quiet. The apartment itself was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. We liked our morning coffee on the small balcony - we felt almost like locals! We stayed there 2 nights as a family with 3 children and we had enough space, felt very comfortable. Elena is a very nice and helpful host. She always responded very quickly and was very flexible and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend Elena and her apartment. Nice and quiet small pied-à-terre for traveling in the center of Paris. Metro and bus nearby. We chose this place to be close to my son's place and know the neighborhood well, which is lively with everything you need on site. Don't miss the Communale, a friendly place where young and old can find something to suit them with very good small restaurants. A small downside concerning the sofa bed which has lived well and deserves to be replaced.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

The apartment is fantastic and very well situated for metro access if you are okay with 5-10 minutes walking. The space has a gorgeous terrace that is more beautiful than the photographs. Each room below has its own balcony. Paul is a very gracious and kind host who went out of his way to accommodate us when we had a medical emergency on the morning of our checkout, and then followed up several days later to check in with us about whether everything is okay. He is accessible, coming to fix broken lights halfway through our stay - he really takes good care and is very kind, very rare to see; he has our respect and appreciation.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. This comfortable apartment was affordable and a good base to visit Paris. The canal and a lovely park are within walking distance and it is close to a metro station for travel around Paris. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I did have a problem getting the induction hob to work, as I have not used one before but, I messaged the apartment manager, who responded very quickly and provided a video to solve my problem. Siam was a very good host and I would certainly rent his apartment again, for short trip. Thank you Siam!

Our week in Paris was amazing at Emanuele's apartment. Well located, with markets, pharmacies and good restaurants nearby. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is large and comfortable. For us, who had a 1-year-old baby, it was great, because it has a crib, bathtub and high chair for the baby. The kitchen was also well-equipped and the host left cleaning products, which helped a lot. I highly recommend it!
