Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Mountain bikes available.

Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape. Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.
