Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. * The condo is at elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery. unmatched.
