House vacation rentals in Saint-Mars-du-Désert

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this lovely accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the area. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. We were able to enjoy the Jaccuzzi which was very clean and as described. We'll be happy to go back!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Very nice stay. Beautiful, well-decorated house, very large with all the necessities. Very nice pool heated to 30°C. The owners are very friendly, they do everything you need to make the stay go smoothly. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thanks to Gaëlle and Hugo

We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Tony for his warm welcome. The villa was very well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. It is a private and quiet place, quite ideal for families. Not very far from the city center so accessible to quite a few restaurants and activities. We recommend it to everyone!

The place was extraordinary; had absolutely anything you might need. The pool was very spacious and the bar beside it was quite handy. Solène was absolutely lovely; she was very flexible with both check in and check out times while also being super helpful for any questions we had!

An incredible stay at Guilain's in a sublime house completely redone. We were there as a family to celebrate a PACS and we fully enjoyed the moment and the beautiful environment of the house! In addition, the host is super friendly and responsive! Recommended 100%!

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

Le Cabanon is superb in every way. Laurence and Gael gave us an extremely warm welcome with great information . Always excellent communication. We really enjoyed the pristine pool. The view is wonderful amongst the vines. The Cabanon had everything we needed and was extremely clean. A great base for exploring Nantes and the surrounding area. We left feeling extremely relaxed with wonderful memories from our stay. We would love to return in the future.

Close to services (Intermarché, shops, gas station, etc.) Located in a quiet residential area and in a cul-de-sac. Fenced yard, convenient for children. A great place to remember about the area. An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views of the Loire! The accommodation is simply superb: tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. But the real highlight is the exceptional view of the Loire – a soothing spectacle at any time of the day, which you never tire of admiring. Accommodation perfectly matches the description and photos. The instructions were clear and we were able to park easily. The accommodation is located on a quiet street. The little atmosphere as soon as we arrived, music, candles, was very pleasant. Impeccable cleanliness. Great Jacuzzi, huge bathroom, everything is tastefully decorated...in short, everything was perfect!! We would recommend it without hesitation

Perfect location for our visit to see friends nearby. Great boulangerie down the street (2 min walk) and a nice quiet town to be based in. The place is not equipped for small children, but Lorie communicated that clearly and we were able to borrow the baby gear from our friends.

We stayed for one night but everything was perfect. Clear directions and very clean place. The terrace overlooking the pond is incredible, a peaceful haven!
