We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.

Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

You can also stay there for business trips, close to the main roads (A11 and the Nantes ring road). It can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children) and is located 3 km from the town of Carquefou, adjoining our house. You can charge your electric vehicle using the charging station available (€20)

In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

A toilet/linen area with washer area. We have a dryer available to you. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a special charm and very great brightness. Linens, towels, and bedding are provided .
