Catherine is a welcoming, warm and friendly host and her house is exceptional, very spacious... we felt at home for a weekend with friends... everything is quality, nothing is missing, very good bedding... Just that the access path is very narrow and complicated to enter the courtyard with a van... apart from that I highly recommend it

Very spacious and functional house. Very bright house, and probably very well insulated, because the temperature has always remained cool, even on very sunny days. Perfectly matches the description and photos presented. Very quiet neighborhood, and access, within walking distance, to the beach, allowed us to take many walks with our dogs, at any time. Well exposed garden, ideal with comfortable deckchairs. We fully enjoyed these few days of relaxation, and we warmly thank Adrienne for her availability, and her desire to give us the best advice, when it was useful to us. The house is charming, very well-equipped and ideally close to the center and the beach while being in a very quiet area! There are many amenities, especially for the kitchen. Small downside on the sound insulation between the different rooms of the house, but otherwise everything was perfect!

A wonderful, small and cozy town house in a great location to explore Dinard and also St Malo via the local ferry. The place was perfect for our needs over a few days. Nicolas was a great host and they have taken great pride in creating a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday.

Have just enjoyed a wonderful time in this lovely home with its pretty private garden. Walkable to the village, beach and great restaurants, La Tchanquetas and Le Rusty. Sylvie was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located close to the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A beautiful place to discover the area!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We spent two nights at Léa's apartment. She had kindly made a high chair available. Great communication and anticipation of needs. Super comfy bedding. Small grocery store very appreciated. We highly recommend this property.
