Monthly Rentals in Saint James

This house was great for a month! It was very clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The screened in patio was great to relax in. Bed was super comfortable. The only issues we had was the couch. It wasn't very comfy and the cushions would sink. Also the pillows on there had a body odor stink. There is no dedicated workplace either. We had monitors on the kitchen bar area which worked but there are no desks. All in all I would highly recommend this place! Great location, close to downtown Southport and Oak Island Beach. Plenty of restaurants!

Very nice and quiet newer neighborhood. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. They had everything we needed to simply walk in and to feel like we were at home. Dalton sent clear instructions on how to check in and check out as well as some very helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. Dalton was very accommodating allowing us to bring our fur baby with us which totally enhanced our vacation. A nice fenced in back yard gave our dog plenty of room to roam. If I had to mention a negative, it would be that the road construction in the area made it very difficult and frustrating to get into and out of the neighborhood. Of course, this is completely out of Dalton's control and the fact the area is growing like it is makes it a testament to what a GREAT location this house is in. If Dalton will have us back, we will be seeking this house again in the future.

The perfect getaway spot for two! Beautiful location, with both Southport and Oak Island right down the road. Awesome host, very responsive and helpful. Worth every penny spent! We will be back for sure!
